After a military judge cut his maximum sentence from 136 years to a possible 90 years (in a ruling that was oddly read “too fast to transcribe“), there is some more good news for Bradley Manning, the army soldier who was found guilty on 20 of the 22 charges for which he was prosecuted.
Momentum is building for a Nobel Peace Prize for Manning, one which might possibly be shared with fellow leaker Edward Snowden.
