Bruno Carcellos de Souza Coutinho didn’t think it would be necessary to go to the hospital after he accidentally shot himself with a harpoon that went nearly all the way through his brain. That’s right, not only was Coutinho alive, he was conscious, and extremely blasé. And extremely lucky. The harpoon’s spear was lodged mere millimeters away from vital arteries


Eventually Coutinho was taken to a hospital’s intensive care unit where these X-rays were taken.
