I’m pleased to announce that a book that I’ve spent much of the past two years working on with Graham Allison and Robert Blackwill, Lee Kuan Yew: The Grand Master’s Insights on China, the United States, and the World, will be published on February 1st.  It presents Lee’s judgments—in his own words—on topics including the futures of China, the United States, U.S.-China relations, India, and globalization.

Henry Kissinger wrote the foreword to the book, which Fareed Zakaria calls “a must-read for anyone trying to understand the future of world politics.”

The 2/4 issue of Time will feature an excerpt along with a short piece on Lee and the book by Zoher Abdoolcarim, Time International’s Asia editor.

Be sure to check the book’s official website for the latest information.
