Robel Phillipos, of Cambridge, Massachusetts., has been charged with making false statements in a terrorism investigation, related to the bombing at the Boston Marathon on Patriot’s Day. 

Phillipos is a friend of suspected bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
