The Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) has determined the worst restaurant meal in America, and the dubious honor goes to Long John Silver’s “Big Catch” meal. The image above depicts the 1,320 calorie fish dish. What is especially unhealthy about this meal is the amount of trans-fat. 


According to the CSPI:

What most startled CSPI researchers was the 33 grams of trans fat in the Big Catch meal, all of which comes from industrially produced partially hydrogenated frying oil.
