Have you ever imagined how nice it would be to have a robot bring you a beer when you wanted one? At Cornell University, that dream is now a reality. Researchers have developed a robot that observers your body movements and maps them against 120 household activities. That may include cooking or pouring a beer. In other words, the robot can predict what you you are about to do and lend a helping hand–much more helpful probably than your average college roommate.
