Over 200 powerful women gathered in New York City last week to discuss the idea of adding more women to corporate boards, an idea that seems to be gaining traction.


Big Think had the opportunity to speak with Susan Stautberg, who co-founded the group WomenCorporateDirectors, an organization that has grown rapidly to over 1,000 members serving on over 1,200 Corporate Boards in 30 global chapters.

Stautberg told us why she thinks the time is ripe right now to push for more women on corporate boards, and what she is doing about it right now.
