I know that this is an extreme but it seems little different to any other supernatural: claim

God rains gold dust on congregations, bestows rare gems on them and, in some cases, indulges in dentistry. There are people in the US who actually believe this stuff. Is it any wonder that reason simply washes over them?

This stuff is far from the retreated god of the Anglican Church but in essence it is the same to me. Faith is exposed for what it is.
