Philip Goff

Philip Goff is a philosophy professor at Durham University, UK, whose research focuses on how consciousness fits into our overall theory of reality. He argues that both physicalism and dualism fail to explain consciousness and instead defends panpsychism—the view that consciousness is a fundamental and ubiquitous feature of the physical world.
